How to delete your data
The quickest way: send us a WhatsApp message saying DELETE, or email from any address, quoting the mobile number you messaged us from. We will confirm within 7 days and finish within 30.
Who can ask
Anyone whose details Sixth Element Furnishing Solutions Private Limited (trading as JordyBlue) holds. You do not need an account with us, and you do not have to give a reason.
How to ask
- On WhatsApp — reply DELETE in your conversation with us. This is the simplest route, because it proves the request came from your number.
- By email — write to with the subject Data deletion request, including the mobile number you contacted us on. We may send a short confirmation message to that number to check the request is genuine.

What happens when you send DELETE
Replying DELETE on WhatsApp does two things immediately and automatically: it stops any further messages to you, and it flags your record for erasure. The erasure itself is carried out by a person within 30 days rather than by the system on the spot, because we want to be sure the request came from you, and to check whether tax law requires us to keep an invoice.
What gets deleted
- Your name, mobile number, city and any other contact details
- The full WhatsApp conversation, including photos, documents and voice notes
- Your enquiry record — stage, follow-up dates, order value and staff notes about you
- The advertisement reference captured when you first messaged us
Deletion is permanent. Encrypted backups are overwritten on our normal 30-day cycle, so a record may persist in a backup for up to 30 days after we remove it from the live system. It is not used for anything during that period.
What we may have to keep
If you have bought from us, Indian tax and accounting rules require us to retain invoices and the associated transaction records. In that case we delete everything else and keep only what the law requires, for as long as it requires it. We will tell you exactly what was kept and why.

Stopping messages without deleting
If you only want us to stop messaging you but would like us to keep your order history, reply STOP instead. We will mark your number as opted out and will not contact you again. Reply START to resume.
